Women are the reflection of the universal mother and this is an innate natural space within the collective for them.
Adya, the Women's Community at Pavithram regularly connect.

Adya is a women’s group at Pavithram. It is a safe space for women to meet, hear out each other, share their experiences, learn and support each other, and do wonderful things for the growth of individuals and the community together.

The group started its journey under the guidance of the Guru with Chanting. They learn and chant different shlokas, stotras and bhajans together.  They also explore other initiatives like study circle, giving back to society through Seva, exploring traditions and festivals together, understanding sustainable living, dealing with menstruation etc.

Ever since the inception of Pavithram, this women's group has been a part of its journey. They did their Sadhana, connected together, and aligned beautifully in this space and learnt so much and travelled along.

I have been part of Pavithram for many years. I met Geeta in that process. She has been like a mother to me and bundle of clarity and energy. I had heard of what all Shakti foundation did. I could not be a part that time as i had a small kid but I am so glad that it is coming again as Adya and that too at a time when i am looking for a women's group, support group. I have received energy of my mother and universal mother from this space.

I am a newbie here at Pavithram. Overwhelmed by listening to all the experiences shared by all women here. Shakti Adya are same to me. It is that supreme energy protecting, healing and allowing me to learn. I am feeling that energy within me and in each and every one here.

- Harita Mahadevan

I have been part of Pavithram for a long time. I have been with Shakti foundation since its inception. This women's group is very close to my heart. Under guidance of Geeta, this group has done so many wonderful activities. I was this career oriented girl and had lost touch with feminine within but with Shakti women's group it started. I have taken away lot of learning, guidance and clarity from Geeta, Shakti foundation activities and the Connect sessions. I used to look forward to Wednesday connect sessions. Adya to me is a restart of the same Shakti space in different form. I look forward to the connect with women, learning and that safe space

I have been part of Pavithram for a long time. Shakti foundation, Geeta meant a lot to me. This is the place where I learnt self value, self respect. I used to wait for Connect program that was held by Geeta and Prasad. This space is very close to my heart. Even when covid happened and our Connect stopped I connected to this space and the divine goddess at Pavithram from my home each and every day. For me, Adya and Shakti is a space that gives lot of strength and learning.

I have been with Pavithram and Shakti foundation since its inception. This space has given lot of learning, support and happiness to me. I used to be excited to come for Connect sessions. Prasad and Gita beautifully held that space for us and provided us with lot of knowledge and connect within and each other. Adya to me is restart of the same space in different form. Looking forward to that connect and sharing of knowledge

I have been part of Pavithram and Shakti foundation for a long time. I used to wait for wednesdays for Connect program to happen and to meet all the wonderful ladies. In this space i experience stillness of mind, empty and peaceful mind. Got lot of confidence and learning from Geeta and through the women's group at Shakti foundation. I have enjoyed this space. My connect with Adya is rebirth of that Shakti space.

I have been part of Pavithram and Shakti foundation for a long time. As a part of earlier women's group, Vishnu Sahasranaama sessions conducted by Pavithra specifically stood out for me. Currently I am at a phase of life where it is a celebration of nothingness. Understanding myself at various levels. Adya to me is yet again! Revival of what it was in another form.

Adya to me the space to connect with this devi within me and touch all its aspects.

I have been part of Pavithram for 5 years and have heard a lot about Shakti foundation and its work. Being a young woman by age, I seek guidance from other women who have walked certain paths before me. Seeing so many women here having been through their different journeys is a lot of experience and knowledge gracing me.
